SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Not Your Mama’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping provider directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping.

Please note:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing
